The world completely has fallen in love with yoga for its versatility because people of almost any age and completely different levels of physical fitness can do it. It has been scientifically proven that yoga classes can improve your mood and wellbeing.
Yoga is a tool for self-recovery at all levels: psychological, physical, and spiritual. It includes asanas (yoga pose), breathing techniques, and meditation. And even if you are not a fan of spiritual practices, you will find many positive aspects that yoga can give you in your physical workouts.
